96 inches of Black String Licorice (8 inches per spider)
Red Decorating Icing (fine tip)
Toothpicks
Make a 24 spiders, using a gumdrop for the body and eight 1-inch lengths of licorice for the legs. Push the licorice into the gumdrop with a toothpick. Dot four eyes on the gumdrop with red decorator icing.
Follow the directions on the box of Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal and make two pans of treats, using slightly more marshmallows than the recipe calls for. Cut each pan into 12 squares of treats. While warm, immediately pull each square apart until it looks like a web. Lay each web on a paper plate and place a gumdrop spider on the still sticky web.
SPOOK-GETTI
Ingredients:
1-pound lean Ground Beef
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 16-ounce package Spaghetti Noodles
Brown ground beef in large saucepan, drain grease. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add spaghetti noodles, broken into thirds. Cook noodles until soft and drain. Spoon sauce over noodles a little at a time until noodles are completely covered, but not runny with sauce. Place spook-getti in cauldron, and garnish top with glow in the dark plastic bugs. Have extra sauce in a bowl for those who like their spook-getti with more sauce.

BAD BLOOD

BARBECUED BAT WINGS
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Honey
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Water
2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
2 Dozen Chicken Wings
1 18-ounce bottle Barbecue Sauce (I prefer KC Masterpiece or Kraft Honey Flavor.)
Mix the honey, soy sauce, water and crushed garlic to make a marinade. Place wings in shallow dish. Pour or brush marinade over wings and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Drain marinade and discard. Set oven to broil. Place wings on a broiler rack and broil each side for 8 minutes. Serve with barbecue sauce.
Cut the hot dogs lengthwise into thin slices and score the edges (about 3 cuts per slice). Boil or microwave until the slices curl into "worms." Serve 4 to 5 worms in a bun. Add ketchup and/or mustard in squiggles as "worm juice."
